Hvítá originates from the mighty Langjökull Glacier and is the third longest river in Iceland, stretching 185 kilometers. It’s home to several stunning waterfalls, including the iconic Gullfoss!

You’ll raft through Hvítá Canyon and Brúarhlöð, dramatic landscapes only accessible by raft or kayak — a true once-in-a-lifetime adventure.
We’ll paddle around 9 kilometers down the river, with the entire tour lasting 3.5 to 4 hours. Please arrive at the Secret Local Adventures Base at least 15 minutes before departure.
