Kaffið Hornið brings seafood straight from the sea to the table and offers guests a tempting variety of dishes. They have made good use of Höfn’s widely celebrated delicacy, the langoustines, and have created a menu that keeps this lobster-like creature in the foreground. An entire section of the menu of dedicated to dishes showcasing the succulent shellfish in every prize range.
Their menu is varied and offers a wide selection of options, with seafood and local specialities being the main focus. Vegetarians are not left out as a dish of pan-fried chickpea cutlets remains of their more popular dishes. Fresh fish, also caught daily, land and beef from nearby farms and chicken dishes are among are also found on the menu. Pizzas are made to order with a special langoustine pizza for guests who want to try a twist on toppings. They also have excellent lunch options, soup is served every day with homemade bread and a salad bar is open for those who want a light lunch.
